This is a weekend to connect with the community you serve and energize your department. FASNY encourages departments to treat RecruitNY with the same effort they would give to a chicken BBQ, pancake breakfast or other community event. This is your chance to get creative. Departments have come up with great ways to engage visitors, including live demonstrations. Organizations like Mercy Flight even offer helicopter fly-ins!
